Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process any return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@superblack.shop.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
